Characteristics of a School

 

Introduction:

                    Each school should have unique features to define them. It should include the educational values and how it operates. On defining the characteristics it helps the students, parents and the teachers to gather more information and the details about the school. So the characteristics of the school should be firmed in an easy manner so that all can understand it easily and it helps to  develop the school, If they follows these characteristics there will be a development in learning and their growth.

Learning Environment:

                Learning is the process of acquiring new ideas, skills , behaviours .Learning does not have any limit, we can learn anything and can improve our skills in our willing field. In our School Learning environment is very compact and very interesting. They can learn directly from the teachers and they help them to come out of  their fear and can talk freely in front of others. They can learn from smart classes also so that they can be very eager to learn and find new methods to learn some innovative techniques.

Teachers and Staff:

                In our school we are having well trained and experienced staffs. They should be so friendly among students so that  they can ask any doubts freely to them. It helps them to develop a good relationship with the teachers. The both teaching and non teaching staffs are so kind among all students. They will help the students at any time. The teachers will handle easy method to teach so that they can easily understand the topics.

Subjects and Learning:

                In our school we are having the classes upto higher secondary. In higher secondary we are having three different groups for the students. Group I for Biology students, Group II for Computer Science Students , Group III for the Commerce students. All the teachers can teach in easiest way with a well equipped smart classes. They can conduct repeated tests for the students. they will show more concentration on below average and average students and make them to score good marks in the exams. 

Activities and Fun:

            In our school we will conduct more non curricular activities to the students to find their talent. In that we will conduct many sports activities and many competitions to the students on various fields and give special prizes for the students. It helps to develop perseverance among them. They can develop good friendship among them . 

Conclusion:

        Understanding these traits helps us see how schools care for students and create a place for learning and friendship. By knowing what makes a school special, we can appreciate how it helps students grow and prepare for the future.
